Pierre VerdeauxPierre grew up in France where he joined his school choir.  He moved to Britain in 1978 and after getting his teaching degree from Stirling University he started teaching French in Hampshire.  He joined the school choir and was involved in various school productions as a chorister and a musician; he was involved in the premier performance of ‘Sweet Fanny Adams,’ a modern operatic piece which relates the story of a young girl viciously murdered, composed by Martin Read.

Promotion within his teaching career saw him move to Dorset.  Having worked in various schools in Bournemouth he now teaches languages in North Dorset.  He joined Bournemouth and Boscombe Light Opera Company (BBLOC) for a few years and took part in several of their productions, doing such shows as ‘Hello Dolly,’ ‘Oliver,’ ‘Wizard of Oz’ and ‘Kiss Me Kate.’   In 2009 he joined Bournemouth Male Voice Choir.
